For the correct understanding of this Privacy Policy of the website of Sociedad Española de Radiodifusión S.L.U. (hereinafter, RADIO BARCELONA), the following definition is provided:
The User shall be any physical or legal person or entity who accesses the RADIO BARCELONA website by any means without the need to register. The Privacy Policy of the RADIO BARCELONA website is applicable to:

i) Data retention period
The User’s personal data will be actively processed for as long as they are a User of the RADIO BARCELONA website, i.e., as long as they choose not to exercise their rights of cancellation or revocation. In the event that a User exercises their right of deletion, their data will be blocked and kept in restricted form at the disposal of the competent authorities for the time necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing.
