The Jury wants to make a special mention of children’s fiction to “Rascasse, Le Vieux Marin” by ASCR, Belgium, for the creativity and radio technique with which it addresses the issue of plastic pollution in the sea. The brilliance of the sound setting created especially for this production is also appreciated.
